| Outdoor campus
The outdoor campus at Messe Erfurt is in the immediate vicinity of the three exhibition halls permitting inclusion of large agricultural or construction machinery in fairs and exhibitions. This area can also be used for outdoor activities within the programme of events ranging from machinery presentations through SUV trails to sporting activities.
Located directly beside the backstage area of Hall 1, the outdoor campus can also be used when staging major events.
