Seminar and congress organisers can book Erfurt Messe’s Check-In Service for the special treatment of participants. The benefits for conference guests are:
- Individual travel to and arrival directly at the Erfurt exhibition centre.
- Vehicles parked in the exhibition ground car parks.
- Check-in and luggage check-in at the hotel counter in the exhibition centre’s entrance area.
- Luggage transport from the exhibition centre to the hotel.
- Luggage porter service to the hotel room.
- Shuttle bus from exhibition centre to hotel.
- Shuttle bus from hotel to exhibition centre.
Check-out takes place on the last day of the event in the hotel. The luggage is transported by shuttle bus to the exhibition centre and can be stored there until the end of the day.
