Co-operation models

1. Guest events

Our client requires a suitable venue for his event, while undertaking overall organisation and economic risk. Messe Erfurt hires out the exhibition halls, the Conference Centre and outdoor campus while providing support in all organisational matters and as regards technical implementation.

2. Partner events

2.1. The organiser is our partner.
Our partner retains all the rights to the event but wishes to delegate the tasks of organisation and implementation. One of our professional project teams takes responsibility for the entire organisation and performs all of the necessary tasks in a customer-oriented manner and in close co-operation with you.

2.2. The organiser is Messe Erfurt.
Our partner retains all the rights to the event but transfers the role of organiser to Messe Erfurt as well as the entire organisation. We bear the economic risk and assume the role of organiser in every aspect.

3. Own events

The "Corporate Development" Team designs new event themes and develops existing projects. Our partners provide us with support in their capacity as sponsors or consultants.
